BitsERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application used by businesses to manage business operations including sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, CRM, employee management, attendance and field activities.

• Photos and Videos: When users choose to attach media to ERP records, BitsERP may allow users to select and upload photos or videos for business purposes such as documents, receipts, product information, customer records, service records, field activities or other ERP-related attachments.

2. Location Information

BitsERP may access device location when an organization's location-based attendance or field staff tracking functionality is enabled.

Location information may include precise GPS location. This information is used to support employee attendance, field staff tracking, location-based activities and related ERP functionality.

Location information may be securely transmitted to the organization's BitsERP server so that authorized users of the organization can access attendance and field activity information according to their assigned permissions.

BitsERP does not sell location information to third parties.

3. Photos and Videos

BitsERP provides functionality for users to attach business-related photos and videos to appropriate ERP records.

Photos and videos are accessed when the user selects media for upload or when a feature requires an attachment. Uploaded media may be stored on the organization's BitsERP account/server and may be accessible to authorized users according to their organization-level permissions.

BitsERP does not use photos or videos for advertising or sell uploaded media to third parties.
